Carol has been a solicitor for over forty years. She deals with all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, unlawful deductions from wages, employment tribunals, settlement agreements, contracts, and terms & conditions of employment. Mike is our non-practising consultant. With over 50 years’ experience as a solicitor at partnership level, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Michael obtained a Masters Degree in Law from the University of London in 1994 and was awarded a Doctorate in Commercial Regulatory Law by Warwick University in 2016. He was also a part time lecturer in Law at Warwick University for over 20 years.

She completed her LLB with Staffordshire University in 2016 and went on to achieve her LLM at the University of Law in Birmingham in 2018, providing a solid academic foundation for her legal career.
