Carol has been a solicitor for over thirty years. Initially, she worked in property as partner in charge of the conveyancing and mortgage departments for a large Coventry firm, then moving on to employment law in 1990. In 2000 she set up her own niche employment law practice working from home in Balsall Common and in 2014 the business had expanded sufficiently to enable a move to commercial premises at Holly Farm Business Park. Carol places a high premium on providing timely and cost effective advice to both corporate and private clients. She has successfully dealt with numerous claims involving unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, unlawful deductions from wages, employment tribunals, settlement agreements, contracts and terms & conditions of employment. Carol has a keen interest in equestrian matters and the majority of her down time is spent in looking after her family, horses and dogs.

Mike is our consultant solicitor. With over 50 years’ experience at partnership level, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Michael obtained a Masters Degree in Law from the University of London in 1994 and was awarded a Doctorate in Commercial Regulatory Law by Warwick University in 2016. He was a part time lecturer in Law at Warwick University for over 20 years. For many years Mike practised from his home address at Dunn Pitts Farm Kenilworth but is now based at our offices on the Holly Farm Business Park, Honiley. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his eight year old grandson, Luca. Mike is available by appointment only.

Georgina Hine is a second year trainee and is due to qualify in May 2024. She has recently completed the Legal Practice Course and has achieved a first class Law Degree at De Montfort University. Georgina’s interest outside of work include going to the gym and socialising with friends and family.
